Judith has studied and worked across the humanitarian and development field for the past two decades. Her particular interest is in helping diverse stakeholder groups tackle tough problems and make genuine collective progress. Designing and facilitating co-created processes is her signature approach to helping groups achieve extraordinary results.
She encountered Positive Deviance through a memorable training with Jerry Sternin at Oxford University in 2008 and has incorporated this asset-based methodology into her work since that time.
Judith holds an MPA in organizational and international development from Harvard University and an MSc in Coaching and Consulting for Change from HEC/Oxford University. She is working toward a certification in Advanced Coaching and OD Supervision at Ashridge Business School.
