Hanne Dorthe Sørensen

Hanne Dorthe has been working with leadership and organisational development for the last two decades as a consultant and manager. She held the position as CEO of the Centre for development of Human Resources in Denmark from 2008-2013. Her current practise involves teaching change leadership at Master’s and Diploma level and training public sector leaders involved in co-creation of social services in Danish municipalities.

 

Her involvement in the Positive Deviance movement started when she was trained by Jerry Sternin in 2008 at Oxford University and since this experience she has been particularly interested in how the PD mindset can impact leadership behaviour and change leadership practises to become more collaborative and focused on sustainable impact and results.

 

She holds a MSc in political science and a MSc in Coaching and Consulting for Change from HEC/ Oxford University and is author of the book “New welfare - New Leadership”.
